Wellness coaches specialize in helping individuals change behaviors.

The work I do ultimately boils down to helping clients make behavior changes. I indeed could be called a Behavior Change Specialist.

A Wellness Coach does not take the place of a doctor, or if needed, a nutritionist.

I am here to support my clients with implementing changes. They may have gotten a “you gotta make some changes” from their doctor or simply are tired of looking and/or feeling not as well as they know they could. They may have tried many different diets that weren’t sustainable or are confused about conflicting health information. Many don’t have the time or knowledge to implement a solid plan on their own and are now ready to get help to make some significant progress towards living a happier and healthier life.

To coach them to reach their peak physical and mental wellbeing, I use customized, one-on-one coaching and a highly successful and fun online nutritional training program. The combination facilitates the creation of lifestyle behaviors that align with lifestyle intentions.

One of my favorite quotes:

It’s your road and yours alone. Others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you.
— Rumi

Ultimately change must come from within you. However, having a coach “walk it with you” helps take the overwhelm out of making the changes needed to meet your goals and becoming the best version of YOU.

Positive coaching experience is a true partnership. The client must be ready and willing to make changes (even small, subtle adjustments are a great start!). And finding a coach that you “click” with is another vital piece to the puzzle.

If you are ready and you think we may work well together, please reach out to me for a free 50-minute consult to see if I am the right one to walk next to you on your journey to shape your mind for a happier, healthier life!

Changing Behaviors

My clients and I
discover the core reason
for making changes.
A doctor telling you that you are pre-diabetic is undoubtedly a catalyst for needing to change but the deep down “WHY” needs to be uncovered. What is the client’s TRUE motivation for change?

We explore obstacles that may be impeding progress.
Deep-seated beliefs and long-standing not-so-great habits can be a challenge. I have ways to make clearing obstacles more manageable.

I have techniques to help implement habits in a way that can be life changing
and sustainable.

This is not a fast “lose 50 pounds in 50 days” approach. This is the real deal, no fad kind of method which will change more than your waistline, trust me!
